Another Fifth Avenue Floral set.

Sorry it has been so long, unfortunately I spent most of last week recovering from a bad cold.
This was my other set of three Fifth Avenue Floral cards.  This time I stamped the rose image three times and cut out the layers, I then watercoloured each layer in the same colour.   I was quite pleased with the way they turned out (except for the Kraft on Kiwi Kiss cardstock  - not enough contrast in those two colours - lol).

Here's a close up of the flower.

Stamps - Fifth Avenue Floral Stamps, Fresh Cuts
Ink - Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Basic Grey, Versamark
Paper -Whisper White, Basic Grey, Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze, Urban Garden DSP
Accessories - White Taffeta Ribbon, White Embossing Powder

I have worked on my very first entry to the Magnolia Down Under Challenge this weekend and will post later this week.  Till then, have a great week.

  1. I hope you are feeling better now, nothing worse than being sick but for some reason the colder weather makes it that much more worse! These are just GORGEOUS!

  2. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!! So sorry to hear you've been sooo sick - should have let me know I could have popped some chicken soup over!

  3. Just lovely Alison. The colours all look beautiful together. Hopefully you'll feel better this seems half of Melbourne is down with something!

  4. Glad to hear you are on the mend! These are fabbo, love the dimension!

  5. Fabulous cards Alison - love your 3D flowers!
I think the pale yellow looks great with the Kraft and Kiwi Kiss cardstock so don't worry.
Sorry to hear you were sick but I know you've now recovered - your later creations prove that !!
