Medallion Stamp

Okay I thought I had better give you something other than the new Bird Punch, as there are lots of other fantastic products coming in the new mini catalogue. This set is using the new Medallion Stamp and for anyone who loves simple cards, this stamp is perfect.

For the first card I stamped the Medallion stamp in Rich Razzleberry on Whisper White Cardstock and matted it onto some Rich Razzleberry Cardstock. I added a sentiment from Sincere Salutations, some Chocolate Chip Grosgrain ribbon and to top it off some Rhinestone bling.

On the inside, I added another piece of Whisper White cardstock and stamped off a small edge of the Medallion stamp in the bottom corner.

For the other card I decided to give it a bit of dimension with a two tone effect. I have used the new colour - Rich Razzleberry and added some Chocolate Chip to the edges of the stamp prior to stamping on the Whisper White cardstock.

I have wanted to try using my stamps on candles since seeing this done at Regionals by the talented Sue Madex.

My candle was a little small, so was a little difficult to handle, but I think it still turned out pretty well for my first go. This technique is so easy and has so much potential.
